Did you know we spend a third of our lives asleep? That's about 26 years sleeping and another seven years just trying to drift off. A simple tweak to make those hours count: nail down the best sleep position on your side, back, or stomach.

For the Side Sleepers:

  • Tuck a pillow between your knees and ankles. It's a game-changer for your whole-body alignment.
  • Mix it up! Could you alternate which side you sleep on each night? You can start with 5 minutes and build from there.
  • Ditch the squishy mattress. Your back and neck will thank you.
  • No pillow between your knees? Hello, neck and back pain. Let's avoid that.
