Many patients with myofunctional disfunctions need alignment care. Frenum restrictions in the mouth cause tight muscles and fascia throughout the head and neck. Incorrect tongue placement leads to improper muscle function and use for chewing, swallowing and speaking. Many struggle with their posture and head and neck pain because of restricted frenums.
